This policy applies to all projects purchased through our platform, regardless of the reason. We encourage customers to carefully review project descriptions, previews, and demo videos before making a purchase. If you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance, though refunds will not be provided.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
